The Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer is an ideal solution for drying temperature-sensitive materials, high-potency drugs, and materials that are prone to oxidation. By combining a rotating double-cone vessel with a high-vacuum environment, the RCVD achieves rapid, uniform drying at significantly lower temperatures, preserving the chemical integrity of the product.

  • Enhanced Heat Transfer: The double-walled jacketed vessel provides uniform heating across the entire product mass. The rotating motion ensures every particle comes into contact with the heated walls.

     
  • Vacuum Efficiency: Operates under high vacuum to lower the boiling point of solvents, facilitating moisture removal at low temperatures (ideal for heat-sensitive APIs).

  • Solvent Recovery: Can be integrated with a specialized condenser and receiver system to recover 90% to 95% of solvents for reuse
