An ointment is a specialized medication for topical use consisting of an oil base, essentially a preparation of water in oil. Our Ointment Manufacturing Plant is a comprehensive system designed for the production of ointments, gels, creams, and lotions, with capacities ranging from 5 kg to 1000 kg.

System Components
Water Phase Vessel: A jacketed cylindrical tank featuring torispherical dish ends and a propeller-type stirrer for effective liquid agitation.
Wax Phase Vessel: A jacketed cylindrical tank with torispherical dish ends and a propeller stirrer to agitate wax or oil. It includes a conical filter to remove impurities before material transfer.
Manufacturing Vessel: The core of the plant, this jacketed cylindrical vessel features a conical bottom and an anchor-type agitator to mix viscous products from the water and wax phases.
Homogenizer: Available as a tank or online system used in conjunction with the manufacturing vessel to reduce particle size and ensure uniform mixing.
Storage Vessel: A conical-bottom tank where the final product is collected prior to filling; it can be customized with a jacket and anchor-type stirrer as needed.
Transfer Pump: A twin-lobe pump utilized to transfer the finished product from the manufacturing vessel to the storage vessel
