Our HSMG features a unique design that integrates the impeller, granulator, and an online co-mill with a side discharge valve for seamless operation. The system is built for high-performance and strict regulatory compliance.
Precision Impeller: Features a tangential blade assembly with an inclined profile to ensure maximum mass movement and superior mixing quality.
Mixing Patterns: Utilizes a circumferential mixing pattern with a roping trajectory flow for optimized powder blending.
Surface Integrity: The internal bowl features a mirror finish of 0.3RA, while the exterior is finished to a 0.76RA matt finish.
Safety Standards: The unit is compliant with cGMP norms and offers optional ATEX compliant configurations for hazardous environments
